This is the most advanced Rowan leaf on the higher parts of Blacka but lower down things have moved on. Larch is now flushed with green.
The first blossoms are now showing in one of the most sheltered spots.
The thorns do things different ways. Blackthorn flowers come before the leaves
while with Hawthorn it's foliage first.
