The tenth day of lying snow. Some bridleways have been fairly well used but many parts are slow going. The original fall was about a foot and not much different at this level to residential suburbs on the west side of Sheffield.
This time the wind made sure little snow hung on branches. Young beech and oak along with moss and algae are almost the only colour effects to bring variety.
