Assorted Wildlife

Brown Hares are the wild mammals most often seen in the pastures in the early mornings. They dash off, then stop, sometimes appearing to challenge any interested dog to give chase, knowing they can outsprint most.

Mallards are occasionally seen around the streams but not so often exercising their rights on a public right of way.
