Tranquillity

It's been in the news lately. About the only place most people get a chance to find it. It's usually the CPRE who are worrying about the loss of tranquillity. But shouldn't we all? The problem is that the cause of noise is usually somebody making money out of it and people generally care more about wealth and material goods than things that operate outside the economy.
