Greening over is now almost complete after the warm spell. Apple blossom on Lenny Hill, Bilberry and Cowberry in flower on the terrace walk.
Still the Rowan and Mayblossom to look forward to.Meanwhile there were 6 deer in the clearing beside the Lee Stream so we turned round and approached the 'concert hall' by another route. It would have been a shame to disturb them.
The last picture above goes with the blank 'video' below - a sound file of some bird song from this morning, chiefly blackcap and thrush with a late appearance from a green woodpecker.
